Nestled atop the hills outside San Diego, our small family-owned farm is dedicated to producing unfiltered, organic and 100% All Natural Olive Oil, rich with antioxidants and polyphenols that contribute to its robust flavors and numerous health benefits.
We acheive this by harvesting the olives at the optimal ripeness, cold pressing the olives at a local mill within hours of harvesting and avoiding exposure to heat, light and air during the oil extraction, transportation, storage and bottling. This level of care is often compromised in commercial olive oil production.
